It may sound cliché to say but I have loved dance before I even knew how or what it was. My childhood favorite Idol was the legendary Micheal Jackson. I started dancing in a studio at the young age of 3 continuing until I graduated high school. I loved every style of dancing, but I will have to say my all-time favorite has always been tap and hip hop. Since graduating high school, I have taken a few dance courses in college and in
my later adult years. I’ve enjoyed taking salsa/bachata lessons. I am so blessed to continue my love of dance, learning and teaching at Studio 89. They are my second family! I currently teach recreational tap, jazz and a 5/6-year combo class. Dance is not only a huge part of my life, but it has also carried into my children as both of my daughters are on the competition team. In our house we eat, breathe and sleep dance!
I am so excited to get to meet you and your little ones and look forward to having them fall in love with dancing as much as we have.
